Product Description
Flexible Magnetic Sheeting consists of a mixture of high coercive ferrite powders and various high quality thermoplastics. It does not contain heavy metal elements or hazardous chemicals. It is supplied in plain or laminated with vinyls or laminated with pressure sensitive adhesives.

Applications
Flexible Magnetic Sheeting can be used to make promotional magnets, car signs, educational aids and many other magnetic products. It is also used in household products and other merchandises for holding purposes.

Magnetization
Magnetization is done with the most advanced magnetizing equipment to yield the optimal magnetic pulling strengths and is evidenced by straight and compact magnetic poles. Magnetic poles are parallel to the edge of the sheet.

Magnetic Poles
Magnetic Poles measures the quality of the magnetic material. It is the space between the positive and negative strips (or poles) on the material, the closer the space of each pole, the higher the grade of magnetic material. All our magnetic material has a magnetic poles of 2mm, which is one of the highest quality magnetic material available.

Isotropic Magnetic Sheets w/UV Back coating, laminated with Gloss White PVC on non-magnetic side Magnetic Rolls can be used to make car signs, outdoor promotional magnet and many other magnetic products for outdoor use. The Gloss White PVC is suitable for screen-printing by solvent based inks or conventional offset printing by suitable ink. It is only good for screen print with UV cured inks that require a dyne level of 35 or below.
